1 This page is only for the purpose of redeeming gift codes received via official events.

2 Select your server and in-game character ID to claim your gift pack. Once you see the "Redeemed successfully!" message, log in to check out your gift pack in the game.

3 You can check your character ID by tapping on your avatar in the upper left corner of the game's main interface and viewing the pop-up box containing your player info.
