Goddess of Genesis S will officially launch on November 10th at 8:00 AM (CST)! Follow the path of the Goddess and embark on a new adventure! In order to get your journey off to a smooth start, the Holy Court is here to address the issues you may encounter in the game—we hope they help!
 
[Basic Information]
1. Client Pre-download
(1) Android Client: You can pre-download the client from 18:00 (CST) on November 9th via Google Play. Please refer to our official announcements on that day for specific opening time details, as the Google Play Store may take time to refresh new download listings.
(Android devices that are signed into pre-registered accounts, with the automatic download function enabled in Google Play, will automatically download and install the game when connected to Wi-Fi after the client download becomes available.)

(2) iOS Client: You can pre-download the client from 18:00 (CST) on November 9th via the App Store. Please refer to our official announcements on that day for specific opening time details, as the App Store may take time to refresh new download listings.

1. Client Size: The client is about 1.3 GB. Please reserve enough storage space before downloading and installing it.
 
2. Device Configuration Requirements:
(1) Android: 2G RAM and above, 4 GB free storage space and above, and Android 5.0 and above.
(2) iOS: 2G RAM and above, 4 GB free storage space and above, and iOS 8.0 and above.
(3) PC Client: Windows 7 or above, must support DirectX 9 or above. 
 
[General Information]
Q: Can account data be linked between Android, iOS, and PC clients?
A: Yes! When using the same account to log into the game, you can play using the same account data across various platforms.
 
Q: Can you recharge using the PC client?
A: Recharging is unavailable from within the PC client, however, you can still recharge your account via iOS and Android clients when logging into your account via iOS or Android platforms.
 
Q: How do I claim my pre-registration rewards in the game?
A: Log into the game within 30 days after the official launch, and you can claim your pre-registration rewards from the Event interface once you reach Lv.6. App store/Google Play pre-registration rewards will be sent via in-game mail. Please keep an eye on future announcements for details.
 
Q: How do I report problems and suggestions?
A: Please feel free to send us feedback on any problems you might encounter during your glorious adventure in the following ways:
1. Official Facebook Page: After following the official Goddess of Genesis S Facebook page, you can send us your feedback and questions through a private message or comment.
2. Customer Service Email Address: gog_gm@zlongame.com. You can email your questions to our official customer service email inbox.
3. In the game, open the Info page, tap Contact Us in the FAQ tab, and submit your feedback.

Q: Are there any special launch events planned?
A: As a gift to thank you for your support, the Holy Court has prepared huge rewards for you, which can be claimed from in-game events every day! For details, please pay attention to subsequent announcements!
 
Q: I have a Goddess of Genesis S Gift Code! How do I redeem it?
A: Android & PC Client: Simply tap your avatar in the top left corner of the main interface, tap the Gift Codes button, then enter your valid gift code! You'll find your gift pack in your in-game inbox!
iOS Client: Head to our official website and enter your iOS gift code in the code redeeming interface. Follow the tips and enter your character information, then tap redeem to redeem your code! You'll receive your gift pack in your in-game inbox!
Pack delivery may be delayed slightly, but will usually arrive in your mailbox within 3 minutes at the latest.
 
Q: What should I do if my phone is getting too hot while playing?
A: Generally, HFR Mode and Overheat Protection will be enabled by default. If your mobile device suffers from serious overheating, you can try tapping your avatar in the top left corner of the main interface, enter the Settings screen, then turn off HFR Mode manually, or lower your Graphics settings.
